Melag Steriliser 75 with Innovative Convection System

The Melag 75 hot-air steriliser has an innovative mechanical air movement. A fan ensures perfect heat balance in the interior, prevents overheating and significantly shortens the time of operation. Your instruments are thus available again more quickly.

The Melag 75 hot-air steriliser has an innovative mechanical air movement. A fan ensures perfect heat balance in the interior, avoids overheating and significantly shortens the time of operation. Your instruments are thus available again more quickly.

The operating time of the hot-air steriliser for unwrapped sterilised items is only 60 minutes for normal loads and 75 minutes for wrapped instruments (in closed aluminium cassettes). In addition to the time saved due to the short running time, the operating costs are significantly reduced with the hot-air steriliser compared to a conventional device.

Of course, the hot-air steriliser meets the requirements of DIN 58947.

Despite the compact external dimensions, the hot-air steriliser holds two large aluminium trays (29 x 19cm) or a closed aluminium cassette. The hot-air steriliser is equipped with a holder for 2 trays as standard. A tray mount for holding one cassette or one tray can be ordered separately (see accessories).

The Melag 75 is easy to operate: After it is switched on, the entire sterilisation process takes place fully automatically and ends when the power is switched off. This facilitates the reprocessing procedures of the practice staff.
