It's time to hear like never before.
The Littmann CORE has up to 40x amplification, allowing you to hear even the softest sounds. Combined with active noise cancellation, background noise is reduced to a minimum, so that body sounds can be heard clearly even in noisy environments such as a stable or animal ward.

With the help of Eko app, auscultation can be transmitted in real time via Bluetooth to a mobile Android or iOs device and visualised. In addition, the recordings can be saved in the app, commented on and shared with colleagues.

The Littmann CORE digital stethoscope has a dual-head chestpiece with a larger diaphragm for large animals and a smaller diaphragm for small animals. Both the large and the small diaphragm can be used in different frequency ranges by changing the contact pressure. The button on the Eko amplifier allows you to toggle between amplified and analogue modes. The volume in amplified mode can be flexibly adjusted in 7 steps.

Engage pet owners in the examination process
The Littmann CORE is compatible with iOs and Android devices and allows connectivity with Eko software. Veterinarians can also use this connectivity to listen to body sounds through headphones or Bluetooth speakers. Veterinarians can better educate and share the examination with the patient owner by playing, for example, heart or lung sounds through a speaker and visualising them on a screen.
