Compostable Corn Starch

Conventional dog waste bags are made of polyethylene, which is derived from processed petroleum and is a non-renewable resource. These bags made from corn starch, on the other hand, are 100% biodegradable. The waste bags decompose by 90 % within 90 days in an industrial composting plant.

The poop bags can also be disposed of in your general (non-recyclable) household waste bin, intended for incineration. In this process, only as much CO² is released as was removed from the atmosphere when the plant was created.
